Our employees take part in various seminars and conferences regularly, particularly in seminars connected with human rigts protection (application of international conventions about human rights protection) and improving democracy in Bosnia and Herzegovina's society. Our Law Office took part in preparation of analyses of local laws and possibilities of applying international proceedings in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially connected with female labour rights protection and equity in employment chances, and we actively participated in preparation of a draft of the Law about the protection from violence. Our Law Office possess the an experience in area of protection of employees and to providing at least minimal rights for employees, from employers, through a court practice and through a persistance in struggle for protection of workers' rights. In January 2004, attorney Amila Kunosić-Ferizović participated in a training for attorneys, regarding correct application of European convention about human rights, organized by EC, Office in Sarajevo, and conducted in European Court for Human Rights in Strassbourgh ,France. After she completed the training she was regularly invited in order to transfer that knowledge and attorneys and judges, as a lecturer on various seminars. Through these and the other different seminars, conferences and projects, our employees haveacquired huge knowledge about a system of protection of human rights on an international and our country levels. |
