As our Law Office is acting through several legal teams, depending on a kind of particular job, there is a huge scope of activities we are dealing with. Tha main scopes of legal activities are: Civil law and civil procedure Corporate (commercial) law including the procedures of registration of legal persons Joint ventures Compensation law Obligation law Ownership rights Transfers of ownership Restitution Urban construction law Registration in Land registry books Banking and financial law Damage compensation Apliance of international law with an aim of protection of human rights from above mentioned areas of the law We are specially trained to represent clients in front of European Court for Human rights in Strassbourgh, where we have already started dozens of cases, which are in process now. Most of the cases have come into a procedure and their solving is about to take place. The Law Office was engaged several times in preparing and making due diligences for big economic enterprises, with completed overview of legal, financial and ownership's, or land-registry state of the real eststes within the Enterprise, and in preparation and making contracts on founding brand new enterprises (joint-venture companies), what was all worked bilingual, on clients demand. While making those studies – due diligences, the Law Office also engages expert's teams for the environmental protection issues, so we are giving an review of domestic laws in this field and its comparation to the European Union regulations. All of these studies were made bilingual too, for foreign investors needs. |
